Our customers safety is a number one priority. Each piece of equipment is thoroughly sanitized after each use by our trained staff.
Yes, wile the unit(s) are in use. The blower(s) keep the unit a float. Once unplugged they deflate. We require a different outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Doubled cords or less equipeted cords can "trip" your circuit breaker. Ensuring safty we will supply 1 50ft heavy duty power cord.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must provide a generator or source of power. Also, most parks are first come, first serve; so get your spot early in the day!
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. We only except Business Checks.
If for some unforeseen reason your event needs to be cancelled, all cancellations 24-hrs or greater will have the 100% deposit rolled into a rain check. That rain check will be held on file for one year from the date of cancellation.
If for some reason your event has been paid in full, and cancelled within the 24-hr window, the 100% deposit will be retained on rain check for one year and the balance submitted to our merchant processor for refund within 3 business days. You can also choose to hold the entire amount on rain check, please just tell us when you call.
Cancellations within 12-hrs of the event forfeit the deposit entirely and will not receive a rain check.
If the event is rescheduled, then subsequently cancelled within the 24-hr window, the 100% deposit will be held as a rain check for 90-days.
Day-of-Event and Cancellations at Delivery receive no refund or rain check and all future rentals will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve. We are required to pay our staff to load and cancelling at the time of delivery has already incurred labor.

Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit upon checkout that is refundable if you cancel 14 days prior to the event. Your full balance can be refunded or placed in a Raincheck, whichever you prefer.

Please note the space required for each unit (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Units need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the unit. The sizes listed with each unit include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks or gravel as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl units.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
